How quickly will you reply?
Messages sent on a weekday before 6pm receive a reply by the end of the next business day. Weekend notes are answered on Monday.
Is the first call charged?
No. The twenty-minute call is how we decide together which package suits the room. The invoice begins only when you choose one, from $395 per room.
Can I send photos before we speak?
Please do. Email them to contact@zelligesage.com with the room name in the subject line, and we will have looked before we ring.
Do I need to visit Haverstraw?
Never. Every package is delivered by private link, wherever your room happens to be. The studio door is for those who wish to see samples in person.
